Yes, Saikat Rakshit operates under the trading name 'Artha Vridhi' and is a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) holding ARN-362803. All transactions are processed through AMFI-registered channels with AMC-level safeguards on your investment. Your money goes directly to the fund house—never to us.
As an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, we earn a trail commission from the respective fund house on Regular Plan investments. This commission is disclosed in the scheme's expense ratio. We do not charge you a separate advisory or transaction fee out of pocket. There are no hidden charges.
Self-service apps are excellent execution tools, and we respect that. What Artha Vridhi adds is the human layer: helping you choose the right fund for your specific life goal, reviewing your portfolio to eliminate overlaps, and keeping you disciplined with behavioural coaching when market volatility tempts you to exit at the wrong time.
We conduct a portfolio review at least once every six months. We also reach out proactively when significant market events or life changes—a new job, a salary hike, a goal update—mean your current fund selection needs a relook. You can always request an unscheduled review at no extra cost.
