Artha Vridhi is an independent mutual fund distribution practice based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We are registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor and hold ARN-362803. We are an independent distribution practice, meaning we are not exclusively tied to any single bank or Asset Management Company (AMC). However, we are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, IRDAI-licensed insurance advisor, or Portfolio Manager, and nothing on this Website should be read to suggest otherwise.

Artha Vridhi does not charge you, the investor, any fee for using this Website. As an AMFI-registered distributor, Artha Vridhi may receive distribution commission (trail commission) from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on Regular Plan mutual fund transactions facilitated through us, in accordance with AMFI and SEBI norms. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
